Around 11 equity mutual funds have offered more than 20% CAGR in the last seven years on lump sum investments, data crunching by ETMutualFunds showed. There were around 176 equity mutual funds that have completed seven years of existence in the market.
Toppers in the list were from Quant Mutual Fund. Quant Small Cap Fund, the topper in the list, offered 25.39% CAGR in a seven-year horizon. A lump sum investment of Rs 1 lakh in the scheme would have been Rs 4.87 lakh.
ET OnlineQuant ELSS Tax Saver Fund and Quant Mid Cap Fund gave a CAGR of 24.67% and 24.04$ respectively. A lump sum investment in these schemes would have been Rs 4.68 lakh and Rs 4.51 lakh respectively.

Nippon India Small Cap Fund, the largest scheme in the smallcap category based on assets managed, offered a CAGR of 23.32% in a seven-year period. A lump sum investment made in this scheme would have been Rs 4.34 lakh now.
Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund, the largest scheme in the flexi cap category based on assets managed, offered 20.09% CAGR.
Around five smallcap funds featured on the list of equity mutual fund schemes that offered more than 20% in a seven-year horizon. Two ELSS and flexi cap funds, a midcap and multicap also offered more than 20% in the same time period.

We considered all equity categories such as small cap, mid cap, large cap, large & mid cap, ELSS, focused fund, multi-cap fund, flexi cap, contra and value fund categories. We considered all regular and growth options.
